Idea Gallery Holds Holiday-themed Reception

Idea Gallery invites the public to their fifth exhibit of the year, Small Works for the Holidays. The exhibit kicks off with a holiday reception Dec. 9, 11 am – 4 pm. The gallery features an affordable, new collection of small artworks in this exhibit.

Cynthia Wolfe’s mixed-media collages from her Love Note series are juxtaposed with Marion Angelica’s porcelain ceramics. New works in jewelry, pottery, cast glass, assemblages, paper collages, and paintings by a variety of artists are included. Several new jewelers include Marcy Frayseth (silver and precious stones), Jeanne McKenna (woven beaded necklaces and bracelets), Joyce Fritz (polymer clay “Yipes Bugs” using “millefiori” designs), and Susan Hoberg (pieces using recycled materials).
