Indivisible Door County Joins March for Truth Movement

Indivisible Door County has joined the national March for Truth movement, with events scheduled on June 3 throughout the United States and overseas. The Door County march will begin at 10 am and will originate at Martin Park in Sturgeon Bay.

The Door County Indivisible groups decided to organize the local march because of the alarm about the role Russian-led hacking and information warfare may have played in the 2016 election.

“The idea that Russia might have influenced the outcome of our election is bad enough. The possibility that people close to Trump might have known about it – and even helped – makes it even more distressing,” said Pam Harvey-Jacobs, one of the coordinators of the Sturgeon Bay/Southern Door Indivisible chapter. “The integrity of future elections demands that we find out the truth.”

The March for Truth is intended to let elected officials know that Americans want answers. More information about the national March for Truth initiative can be found at marchfortruth.info.
