Door County Economic Development Corporation and the Door County Visitor Bureau are hosting a free Integrated Talent Management business education seminar on Oct. 29, 9-10:30 am in the Sturgeon Bay City Hall Community Meeting Room, 421 Michigan Street. The presenter will be Blake Siewert, founder and president of LogiTran Group, an industrial-organizational psychology consulting and recruiting firm.
Integrated Talent Management (ITM) refers to those human capital systems that attract the right talent and leverage that talent in a way that achieves the greatest return from individual and collective capabilities. In addition to sourcing, recruitment, on-boarding, and selection, ITM embraces managing the employee-employer relationship.
Attendees will discuss the changing world of work by leveraging current thoughts from industry leadership. They will also learn five guiding principles for successfully integrating talent management to drive organizational performance and specific methods to begin customizing a unique ITM approach.
