Friday, July 22
International Food Festival
Get a taste for flavors around the world with this delicious food festival. Sponsored by the Women’s Club, the International Food Festival will take place throughout the day on Washington Island.
Our Night Sky – Lecture Series
Ever wonder how the stars and constellations relate to each other in the night sky? Come to Newport State Park and see how to navigate the night sky. The program includes a DVD presentation, 30-minute lecture and discussion of the topic of preserving dark skies. 1 pm.
Julius Caesar
Enjoy a night of intrigue, politics, peril, and betrayal with Door Shakespeare’s production of Julius Caesar. Starting at 6:30 pm, guests can enjoy a lively discussion and interactive lesson prior to the show, which begins at 8 pm.
Saturday, July 23
Kewaunee/Door County Salmon Tournament
Cast a hook in the waters of Kewaunee, Algoma, Sturgeon Bay, Baileys Harbor or Washington Island and see what you can catch. This tournament has more than $40,000 in cash and prizes.
Group Trunk Show
Celebrate 20 years with the Linden Gallery in Ellison Bay. The show will include pieces by Angela Lensch, Bazyli Studio, Laura Pinter, Libing Silk and Savory Japan. 10 am – 5 pm.
Birch Creek Jazz Ambassadors
Support the advanced Birch Creek students as they perform during the Sister Bay farm market. The concert will take place at the Corner of the Past & Old Anderson House Museum. 10 am – 12 pm.

Antique Tractor Show/Arts & Crafts Fair
Take the time to appreciate Door County’s agricultural roots with hayrides, antique farm equipment, delicious food and an arts and crafts fair. 10 am – 5 pm.
Ceramic Demonstration
Catch ceramic artist Cynthia L. Koshalek as she demonstrates how to make a chocolate bowl. The demonstrations take place at Artzy Studio in the butterfly garden. 1 – 4 pm.
Agatha Christie – The Hollow
Grab your magnifying glass and prepare for a mystery with Peninsular Players’ performance of Agatha Christie’s The Hollow. Set in a classic English country house after World War II, this murder mystery is sure to shock and surprise. 4 pm.
