Irene McCormick Trunk Show at Edgewood

Edgewood Orchard Galleries will host a jewelry trunk show on Oct. 10 and 11 for Sandpiper Bay, Florida jeweler Irene McCormick. A large selection of McCormick’s beautifully beaded jewelry will be displayed at the gallery from 10 am – 5 pm each day. Champagne punch and hors d’ oeuvres will be served and the public is invited to attend.

McCormick artistically combines different colors and textures from natural stones in a variety of shapes and sizes.

In addition to the jewelry trunk show, Edgewood’s 17th annual Gifts from the Heart group show continues until the gallery closes for the 2015 season on Nov. 1. This show features artwork especially good for gift giving including smaller paintings, glass snowmen, ornaments and other holiday themed pieces.

Ten percent of gallery proceeds during the last exhibit of the season will be donated to support Write On, Door County, a nonprofit dedicated to the literary arts. Write On is working to build a beautiful writing center on 40 acres one block south of the gallery where writers and readers will find inspiration, instruction, encouragement and connection.
