Isadoora Returns With Play-Reading Series

Isadoora Theatre Company is returning to performing this season with The Play Along Series, scheduled monthly on the third Sunday, 3 pm, in the Margaret Lockwood Gallery, 7 S. 2nd Ave. in Sturgeon Bay.

First up on Oct. 24 will be a reading of Thomas Gibbons’ Uncanny Valley, which follows a nonbiological human as he learns to navigate the world of the not-too-distant future. This play explores robotics, the relationship between a creator and the creation, and the “hard problem”: What is human consciousness, and can science replicate it?
