“Jack-O-Lantern Days” Set for Last Weekend of October

On the last weekend of October, Fish Creek will be celebrating the month’s end with its first annual “Jack-O-Lantern Days.” This series of activities is set for October 30 through November 1.

On this popular weekend surrounding Halloween and the four-day Wisconsin Teacher’s Convention, the town of Gibraltar looks to put the “eek!” in Fish Creek with festive activities for the entire family:  trick-or-treating for kids, a costume party for adults, ghost tours, a costume pet parade, and more.

Local businesses will be participating with festive and “spooktacular” decorations throughout town, and participating retail shops will be offering “drop dead” end-of-season savings. Visitors are encouraged to stay for Sunday to watch the much anticipated “monster mash” between the Packers and the Vikings.
