Jacksonport Farmers Market Opens for the Season

The Jacksonport Farmer’s Market will open for the sixth season on June 10. As in the past, the market will be held at Lakeside Park on Highway 57 in Jacksonport on Tuesday mornings from 9 am until the crowd disperses through October as weather permits.

There are over 25 vendors participating in the Jacksonport Farmer’s Market for the 2014 season. They will have a wonderful variety to offer market shoppers. Many of the ‘regulars’ will be back with several new vendors. If you are local and wish to participate call 920.823.2288 for an entry form.

Renard’s Cheese will be a new participant along with several new produce growers, a bread maker, beauty products and a landscape gardener. Ken and Bonnie Visser will provide coffee, beverages and popcorn for the season. Food will be provided by Mitchell Ciohon of Chef Mitch Catering and Consulting in Ephraim.
