Jay Brickman Announces Third Printing of Poetry Doodles

In his 100 page book, Brickman distils a lifetime of observations about everything from golf: “Because I choose not to keep score they refused to let me participate”; and sins: “One is not a sinner for having sinned, only for having sinned and slept soundly”; and sales: “An important function of brand identification is helping us to remember what not to buy.”

Rabbi Brickman is a frequent lecturer in Door County and has spent his summers here for more than 30 years. Visual elements are supplied by Milwaukee artist Jo Anne Poehlman, who places the doodles in a visual context tying Brickman’s thoughts to the real life of the world.

Poetry Doodles is available at your local bookstore.
