JCC’s Annual Amish Quilt and Craft Show

This Amish quilt design entitled “Sunshine Love” is just one of over 100 handmade Amish quilts available at the Amish Quilt and Craft Show.

The 14th Annual Amish Quilt & Craft Show will be held at Mr. G’s Hall in Jacksonport from July 12 – 15, 9 am to 5 pm. Over 100 Amish quilts, in a variety of colors and patterns, will be available and all quilting is done by hand, in the Amish custom.

Sue and Joe Jarosh have expanded their Amish quilt sources and have traveled a five state area for new quilt designs from over 15 Amish families.

Regular sized quilts, baby quilts, queen and king-sized quilts will be available. The quilts are displayed and will be turned on a regular basis by show employees wearing gloves for guests to view.

In addition, a selection of Amish-made wall hangings, pillows, table runners, place mats, potholders, table centers, spice mats, rugs, dolls and other handmade gifts will be for sale.

An entry fee of $1 will be charged at the door and a $50 gift certificate will be given away as a door prize. Entrants must fill out an entry form as they enter the hall but need not be present to win. Children age 5 and under are admitted free but must be attended by an adult at all times.
