Jennifer Moeller Announces Judge Candidacy

Attorney Jennifer Moeller is the third candidate to apply for appointment as Door County Circuit Court Judge in Branch 2.

Five years ago she was appointed Door County Family Court Commissioner and Register in Probate. Prior to that, she was in private practice in Sturgeon Bay, representing clients in a variety of civil and criminal cases.

She said she looks forward to using her experience, skill and temperament to serve the county in this important role. Door County District Attorney Ray Pelrine and David Weber, an attorney at Pinkert Law Firm in Sturgeon Bay, have also applied for the position. Gov. Scott Walker accepted applications through March 31. The chosen candidate will fill out the remainder of the term of Judge Peter Diltz, who is retiring on May 11.
