Jim Olson Motors has committed $50,000 in the next five years to the Boys & Girl Club of Door County. This commitment includes being the presenting sponsor for the annual Boys & Girls Club golf outing at Horseshoe Bay in June for the next five years, along with a $25,000 pledge toward constructing a technology center at the new Boys & Girls Club in downtown Sturgeon Bay.

“As a father, grandfather and local business owner, I recognize and value the important role of the Boys & Girls Club of Door County,” said Olson. “This is an organization that makes a true difference in the lives of kids in our community. The future of our community rests in the hands of our youth, and the Boys and Girls Club is working tirelessly to make that future as bright as possible.”

Julie Davis, the Boys & Girls Club executive director, said, “During the past four years our average daily attendance has increased by more than 2,000 percent. Jim’s community leadership shows that his family and business are committed to helping create a brighter future for all Door County youth.”
