John Whitney Juried into Wisconsin Designer Craft Council Exhibition

A fabricated sterling silver, brass and bronze pendant by John Whitney of Baileys Harbor has been selected by the jury for inclusion in the 81st Wisconsin Designer Crafts Council Exhibition to be held at the Wisconsin Museum of Art in West Bend, WI. The exhibition runs from January 5 to March 13, with an opening reception for the artists and public on January 9 from 1:30 – 4 pm.

Whitney, Professor Emeritus of the UW Colleges Art Department, recently had an exhibit of sterling silver and bronze hollowware at UW Baraboo/Sauk County. Whitney has also shown work in two recent juried Hardy Gallery exhibits and is represented by The Grainery in Sister Bay.
