Johnsmith will be featured in concert at the White Gull Inn in Fish Creek on Jan. 22.
Wisconsin based singer-songwriter Johnsmith describes himself as a bard. “The role of the bard in every society is to hold up a mirror to that society, to convey and reveal –through the mysterious alchemy of music and words and performance – the secret inner language of the heart – delivered with that ineffable feeling called ‘soul,’” he explains.
Johnsmith, who last performed in the White Gull concert series in 2010, will be accompanied by his long time musical collaborator Dan Sebranek.
An optional pre-concert fixed price dinner will be served at 6 pm. The menu consists of Pappardelle with Bolognese sauce, arugula, grape and toasted almond salad with balsamic vinaigrette, crusty Italian bread and Pecan Chocolate Torte for dessert.
Tickets for the 8 pm concert are $16. If still available, concert tickets can be purchased at the door, although many concerts sell out, so advance ticket purchase and reservations are recommended. For tickets call 920.868.3517 or 800.624.1987 or visit whitegullinn.com.
