“Warmth of Rocks” by Tony Staroska.
Juddville Contemporary Clay Studio Gallery artist and co-owner Tony Staroska has earned Best of Show in Three Dimensional Artwork in the Museum of Wisconsin Art (MOWA) Members’ Exhibition. The honored work is from his “Warmth of Rocks” series: large-scale ceramic sculptures interpreted from the rock formations along the Great Lakes’ shorelines and the geologic expanse of the American Southwest.
Staroska’s piece will be on view at the West Bend, Wisconsin, museum through Sept. 8. Additional work from the series is available at Juddville Contemporary Clay Studio Gallery on Highway 42 between Egg Harbor and Fish Creek.
