Judy DuCharme announces her book, Society of the L.A.M.B., has just been released by Prism Book Group. Society of the L.A.M.B. is a futuristic, suspenseful tale of life under persecution and how a band of young people stood strong. The setting is Door County. If the title sounds familiar, the novel was published three years ago, but the publisher experienced difficulties and another publisher picked it up.
The cover design is by local photographer Steven Brandt, and a trailer has been filmed by Camille Orgel, graduate of Gibraltar High School and of ORU, majoring in multimedia production. View the trailer at youtube.com/watch?v=biM0a3RKIn0 or judithducharme.com. The book is available on Amazon and other book outlets.
Prism Book Group is also publishing Run With the Wind, a Christmas novella by DuCharme, in November. Run With the Wind is an inspirational romance in the setting of the Florida Cracker Cowboys in the 1880s.
DuCharme’s short story Christmas Ivy will also be published by Prism Book Group as an eBook. Christmas Ivy tells the story of a very unusual visit a young woman has with her grandparents on Christmas Day. Her grandparents had passed away a few years earlier and what they share sets the young woman on an incredible path to provision and strength of character. The story won first place in the short story category at the Florida Christian Writers Conference this past February.
