Julie’s Upscale Resale Moves to Sister Bay, Reopening March 2017

Julie Diltz, owner of Julie’s Upscale Resale, has purchased a new building on Country Walk Drive in Sister Bay from Linda and Kerry Moore. Renovations are nearly complete, and Julie’s will re-open in early March of 2017. Julie closed her leased store at Townline Road and Hwy. 42 in Ephraim after Thanksgiving and moved in December.

Julie’s Upscale Resale has been a local consignment shop for more than 10 years with more than 2,000 consignees on her client list. They are, also, a very large supplier of the popular Mrs. Meyer’s organic cleaning products.

Craig Bastian of Kellstrom-Ray Agency in Sister Bay handled the sale and purchase for both parties. Nicolet National Bank financed the acquisition and Peninsula Title handled the closing. Carlson-Erickson Builders, Action Electric, Lundquist Plumbing, Eagle Mechanical, Alberts Plastering and Hockers Concrete have performed the remodeling. Tim Bley will do a garage door replacement, prior to re-opening.
