Kaleidoscopes on Display at Ladybug Glass

To start off the new year, Ladybug Glass is bringing back a fun item: kaleidoscopes! Stop by Ladybug Glass Studio & Gallery, 219 Steele St. in Algoma, on Jan. 6, 4-7 pm, and Jan. 7, 10 am – 4 pm, as part of First Friday in Algoma to enjoy the kaleidoscopes, refreshments and conversation.

The optical instruments had been a staple item during owner Kimberly Lyon’s earlier art-fair days, but they had been on a hiatus. Now, colorful stained-glass and mirror configurations will be available in the gallery for visitors to enjoy.
