Keeper’s Kin Event Begins Lighthouse Fest, June 7

Door County Lighthouse Festival weekend kicks-off on June 7 with the Keeper’s Kin event featuring the descendants of Door County lighthouse keepers. The evening includes a program of sea music by American Folklore Theatre and a dessert buffet.

In addition to the displayed family heirlooms and photographs from the lighthouse keepers’ descendants, the Door County Maritime Museum galleries will be open throughout the event; including “Pirates – Ship to Shore.”

Doors open at 6 pm, and the musical program begins at 7pm. The cost is $25 per person.
