Kelsey Fox Joins DCEDC

Submitted.

Door County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) welcomes Kelsey Fox as a new workforce development specialist.

The 2005 Sturgeon Bay High School graduate earned her bachelor’s degree from UW-Milwaukee in 2009 and was most recently a digital marketing assistant manager at Briggs & Stratton Corporation.

“We are excited to have Kelsey return home to Door County and join Team DCEDC,” said Executive Director Jim Schuessler. “Considering the current labor-force shortage, our entire team is engaged in solving the county’s labor-force issues …. Kelsey’s skills with cutting-edge marketing engagement will be crucial as we launch our workforce-attraction platforms, including LIVEDoorCounty.org and Alumni Door County.”

In addition to those initiatives, Fox will work with local entrepreneurs on marketing plans and job posting and outreach strategies.
