Kick Ash Products Opens New Space in Ellison Bay

Kick Ash Products (kickashproducts.com) has opened in a remodeled Ellison Bay building – the former Linden Gallery. 

Since 2014, Kick Ash Products has been developing goods under the trade names Door County Love Granola and Kick Ash Coffee, and they’ve garnered great enthusiasm. This inspired Carol and Christian Ash to expand into their new space at 12001 Mink River Road: a new, year-round facility that will house a bakery, coffee shop and, in the near future, coworking space for residents and visitors. 

“It has always been important to us to keep our business in Ellison Bay since it is our home and the place we chose to raise our children,” Carol Ash said. “We have been overwhelmed by the kindness and encouragement we have received during this transition to a larger facility. So many people have made this move possible, and we are incredibly grateful for all of the lending hands. The assistance provided by the Door County Economic Development Corporation, the Small Business Development Center at UW-Green Bay and the Bank of Luxemburg made our dream become reality. We look forward to serving our community for many years to come!”
