Kiwanis Club of Northern Door Awards Frank Weber with Hixson Award

The Kiwanis Club of Northern Door presented the prestigious Hixson Award to Frank Weber at its August dinner meeting at The Viking Restaurant in Ellison Bay. Weber has been a member of the Kiwanis Club for more than 20 years, serving as treasurer most of that time. He has been a leader and given his time and effort in support of many fundraising projects. To honor and recognize Weber, the club made a donation of $1,000 to Kiwanis International.

The Hixson Award is a way of recognizing people who have contributed significantly to Kiwanis history of generosity in serving the children of the world.
