Kress Pavilion Yoga Class Sept. 16

Kress Pavilion will host Intuitive Movement on Sept. 16, a yoga class led by Anna Mae Beyer and Rev. Web.

This yoga class is built around developing kinesthetic awareness and trust in the mind/body/spirit connection. It is designed to help the student learn to let go of the rigidity of the logical mind, and integrates the use of verbal, visual, and musical cues to help the student tap into their inner expression and creativity through movement.

The class starts at 5:30 pm with a suggested donation of $15. Open to all experience levels. Kress Pavilion is located at 7845 Church Street, Egg Harbor.
