Kress Resumes In-Person Programs

Through a blend of outdoor and distanced programs, the Kress Pavilion will resume in-person programming.

Elizabeth Clark will teach an intergenerational dance class called Dance the Stories on Tuesdays, 2 pm, on the second-floor porch. A child and a parent (or grandparent) will explore stories through dance and incorporate ballet, modern contemporary and jazz. The four-week class is limited to eight participants. Masks are required; social distancing will be followed. Each participant should take a mat. The cost is $72 per adult-and-child pair.
Liz Heller will teach a co-ed beginning yoga class Mondays, 9 am, on the porch to share the basics of all of the beginning yoga asanas. The cost is $15 for drop-ins and $12 for students, and packages are available. 

Elizabeth Clark will also teach the Finding Your Center movement class Thursdays, 9 am, on the porch. It will include music, flexibility and strength building in a casual atmosphere. The cost is $15 for drop-ins and $12 for students, and packages are available.

The Great Hall will be the location for art classes for beginners: Landscape Painting on Aug. 20, 1-3 pm; and Still Life Painting on Aug. 28, 1-3:30 pm. The cost of $40 includes all supplies.
