Lakeshore CAP Holds Home Buyer Workshop

Lakeshore Community Action Program, Inc. serving Door, Calumet, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan counties is offering a Home Buyer Education workshop on April 12.

A certified housing counselor will detail practical tools, consumer information and provide handouts for each participant about the home buying process.

A $5,000 grant is available for households who are income eligible and complete the homebuyer program. The workshop, from 9 am to 3 pm, takes place at Lakeshore CAP, 702 State Street, Manitowoc. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Registration is limited; to register call 800.924.0510.
