Land Restoration And Night-Sky Viewing

Join the Habitat Healers on Sept. 9, 9 am, to help with land-restoration efforts. All ages are welcome. Wear clothing and footwear that can get dirty and wet and take a water bottle. Meet at the workshop.

The evening of Sept. 12, 7 pm, join the members of the Door Peninsula Astronomical Society (DPAS) for the featured program “Introduction to Telescopes” by DPAS member Steve Hellman. If skies are clear, the organization will open the dome of the Observatory for an evening of night-sky viewing. Meet at 2200 Utah St. in Sturgeon Bay.
