Washington Island singer/songwriter Julian Hagen will perform with fellow musician friends in a concert for a cause to benefit the Door County Land Trust. The concert will be held July 26, 7 pm at Woodwalk Gallery, with proceeds from ticket sales benefitting the Door County Land Trust’s land protection efforts.
Hagen is a fifth-generation Washington Island native whose lyrics are infused with island life and lore, and above all, a love of Door County’s incredible nature and beauty. Hagen will be joined by Nashville musician Bob Angello and other Door County musicians.
Hagen said, “Door County is a spiritual and inspiring place because of its incredible lands and waters, and we want to support what the Land Trust is doing to protect this beautiful place.”
The event is sponsored in part by Woodwalk Gallery owners Jillaine Burton Seefeldt and Andrew Seefeldt, who generously offered the location. Wine, beverages and desserts are sponsored by the Land Trust’s board of directors.
Tickets cost $55 and include wine and dessert. Buy tickets at DoorCountyLandTrust.org.
