Landmark Resort Gets $4 million Development Upgrade

The Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor just got a $4 million, multi-building, two-years-in-development upgrade.

“Keeping the Landmark Resort’s vacation rentals and facilities at their best is a top priority for the resort’s staff and owners,” explained Patti Taylor, general manager of the Landmark Resort. “We added new touches that make our visitors’ stay at the Landmark even more comfortable,” Taylor said. “Such as lights above the beds for reading with a switch next to the bed, electric fireplaces (in some units) to warm up visitors in the cooler months, and all-new, sleeper sofas with Tempur-Pedic mattress for guests.”

More than 230 of the Landmark Resort’s 294 units will have been updated by the beginning of the 2017 busy season. Three buildings are already completed, the Charthouse, Flagship and Navigator building. The Harbor building will be the last to receive finishing touches – with completion scheduled by mid-May.
