“Later Life Decisions” Discussed at CHIP

Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry continues their Community Health Information Programs with “Later Life Decisions, ” on May 19, 4 pm, at St. Rosalia’s Church in Sister Bay.

The dialogue will cover the depth of opportunities/choices to consider while planning for the future. Topics include wills and power of attorney; in-home supportive services; residential services; and hospice care.

The Ministry also offers free blood pressure screenings twice a month at Main Street Market and St. Rosalia’s Church.
