Instructor Barb Wulf invites everyone to join a relaxing mindfulness series to learn ways to calm the mind and develop skills to bring awareness and joy to everyday life. Each class begins with gentle movement, which can be done sitting or standing, and ends with a sitting meditation. Leave refreshed and energized. Everyone is welcome. The series will be held six consecutive Mondays, Jan. 30 – Feb. 20, beginning at 11:30 am at United Methodist Church at 836 Michigan St. in Sturgeon Bay.
