Learn More About Studying Abroad with Rotary Youth Exchange

Local high school students and their parents are invited to learn more about spending a year abroad as an exchange student during the 2019/2020 school year at the Rotary Youth Exchange information meetings on Sept. 10 & 11.

The Sturgeon Bay meeting begins at 5:30 pm, Sept. 11 at the Door County Public Library, located at 107 S. 4th Ave. The Northern Door meeting takes place Sept. 10 at 7:30 pm at Gibraltar School in the Media Center.

Rotary Youth Exchange is targeted at high school aged students, between the ages of 15½ and 18½ on Aug. 1, 2019, and are interested in living and studying abroad.

Local Rotary Club representatives will outline specifics of the 11-month exchange program, such as rules, expectations, financial obligations, and the application process.
