LEARN THE HISTORY OF MAKING MAPLE SYRUP

The Egg Harbor Historical Society will host “‘Sinzibuckwud’: Making Maple Syrup” on March 29, 7 pm, at the Kress Pavilion, 7845 Church St. in Egg Harbor. Society member Steve Jorns will present this program about maple-syrup production and the Jorns family: pioneers in Egg Harbor with a long history of making maple syrup. “Sinzibuckwud” means “maple syrup” in the Algonquin language.
