Lecture on Seasonal Affective Disorder

Don’t be S.A.D. this winter. Beat the winter blues with a free community event at 6:30 pm on Jan. 28 at Crossroads at Big Creek in Sturgeon Bay with a presentation by Dr. Ann Athorp-Krech of Bay Counseling Clinic. Seasonal Affective disorder affects an estimated 10 million Americans each year, and occurs most commonly in late fall and winter when exposure to sunlight is limited. A Q&A session with Dr. Athorp-Krep will follow her presentation.
