Letter to the Editor: How Many?

How many will it take, what exactly is the magic number of children that have to die before Congress and the States do something to stop this senseless carnage? Oh wait, instead of trying to pass common sense gun laws, Congress is working on “Concealed Carry Reciprocity.” This bill would force every state to abide by the weakest gun laws in the country about who can carry a hidden loaded gun in public. It means that even if your state requires a background check and this other state does not this person can still carry in your state. Remember this Congress also voted to sell guns to the mentally ill. Every elected official both in Congress and in the states that takes money from the NRA has blood on their hands. May they all never have another good night’s sleep again;  just like the rest of us…
