Letter to the Editor: Thank You to Our Supportive Community

Northern Door Children’s Center is deeply grateful to everyone who made our 2018 Super Bowl-A-Thon fundraising event March 17 a big success. First and foremost, we thank Penny and Paula Anschutz and the staff of the Sister Bay Bowl. Without you and your generosity, there would be no Bowl-A-Thon! We deeply appreciate the following businesses and organizations: Main Sponsor, Piggly Wiggly Sister Bay, Snack Sponsor, Nicolet National Bank, Strike Sponsors, Door County Broadband and Door County Medical Center, Lane Sponsors Sister Bay Automotive, Baileys 57, Wilson’s Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor, Scandinavian Lodge, Northern Grill & Pub, and Edge of Park Bicycle & Moped Rentals,  T-Shirt Sponsors, The Cookery, Carlson & Erickson Builders, Going Garbage & Recycling, Lampert Lumber, and FM 106.9 the Lodge. We had more sponsors than ever before, which is a huge win for the children and families of Northern Door Children’s Center!

Because it is a bowling event, our bowling teams and their sponsors give of their time and resources. A BIG NDCC thank you to each and every one of you! It was a very enjoyable event and we hope to see everyone back again next year. An extra shout out to Scotty Weborg for his amazing fundraising efforts and assistance with the event from start to finish. All of us at Northern Door Children’s Center recognize that our community makes it possible to do the work of educating young children. We wish all of you a prosperous and successful summer season.
