Letter to the Editor: Dropbox Savior

This is a big thank you to whoever out there in cyberland gave me a priceless gift this month. I lost my cell phone on Liberty Island in New York City last Memorial Day weekend. The phone held photos of our trip to New York, our niece’s West Point graduation, our puppy’s first weeks, plus a number of recent project work photos that I had not yet backed up onto my computer. On my phone I also had a link to my Dropbox account, and the person who found my phone had the knowledge and the good heart to download all of the photos on my phone to my Dropbox…where I found them last week.

I’ll probably never know who did this, but I am grateful from the bottom of my heart for what they did. Whoever you are, you’ve earned your wings!
