I want to thank everyone who came out and voted last week and thank you for electing me to serve the town for another two years. I so enjoyed getting out and talking to many of you. That is my favorite part of campaigning. I’m also sorry if I missed you – I just couldn’t get to everyone. I’m honored to have received the most votes of anyone running on the town ballot. Maybe that’s the sign I needed to see, for what I decide to do in two years. There are still a fair amount of people who didn’t vote for me, so I know I have a lot of work to do to gain your support, but I will keep trying my best for all of you. I am always here to discuss the issues – just give me a call. Good decisions come from good discussions, and everyone who knows me knows I’m open to listening to all sides of an issue. For now it’s back to the business at hand. We have a lot of challenges ahead of us in the next few years. I will – as I have always tried to – listen to all of you, make good decisions and make us all proud of the town we call Gibraltar.
