Letter to the Editor: Thanks for DOOR CANcer Support

I would like to thank DOOR CANcer for all the help they do. Back in 2010 I was diagnosed with cancer. I went through chemo and radiation treatments and I was told it worked. In March 2016 I was told I am now at stage four with no cure. It hit me and my family hard.

After that it went from bad to worse. Many times my husband had to take off of work to be with me, not knowing how the bills would get paid. Then my Angels stepped in, DOOR CANcer. They have helped us with paying our mortgage, utilities, phone and more. Also with groceries. I truly think that DOOR CANcer are my Angels. If not for DOOR CANcer I don’t know where we would be.

My family and I have the burden to know that my stage four cancer will not go away, my treatments will not stop, but we know that DOOR CANcer is here to help as much as they can.

Also without the generous donations from the community there would be no DOOR CANcer to help people like me and others. Thank you so much to everyone with their big hearts and helping us with this terrible disease. I don’t know all who is involved with DOOR CANcer and took us into their hearts, but truly from all of my heart, thank you.

I also would like to let anyone who is going through this, DOOR CANcer is here if you need them, for as long as they can. So once again, a big thank you to all who support DOOR CANcer with their donations, DOOR CANcer who in turn helps us.

Peace, love and good health to you all and my Angels.
