Letter to the Editor: Thanks from the Red Kettle Campaign

I send personal and heartfelt thanks to all the Door County volunteers who braved the cold and pandemic to ring the bell and support the kettle activities for the Salvation Army’s Service Extension this past November and December. And a big thank-you to all the donors who contributed funds. Your participation in this effort was greatly appreciated – especially this year!

Proceeds from bell ringing in Door County provide funding for the Service Extension here to assist with local emergency needs such as rent, food, utilities, clothing and auto expenses. Monetary donations are still being accepted and can be sent to the Salvation Army, c/o Tom Mulinix, 509 W. Walnut Dr., Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.
