Letter to the Editor: The Most Accurate Weather Forecasts

I do not pretend to know everything about the English language, but I do know a superlative when I see or hear one. Toward that end, I note that the weather forecasters on all three TV channels claim to have the most accurate forecasts. One even claims to be certified but does not cite the source of its certification.

This leads to a dilemma: How can each have the most accurate forecasts? Impossible! So I have worked out a solution: Each of the channels could claim to offer almost accurate forecasts, which have been close enough for most of us viewers.
