The Friends of Door County Libraries are hosting a Holiday Book Sale on Saturday, December 5 at the Door County Library in Sturgeon Bay. From 9:30 am – 2:30 pm volunteers will be selling books suitable for gift-giving. Delightful children’s books and newer fiction titles will be specially priced. From stocking stuffers to coffee table books, shoppers are likely to find something for everyone on their list. Proceeds benefit all eight libraries in Door County.

Each year the Friends of Door County Libraries and the Miller Art Museum volunteers put on a holiday party for the public. This year the event will begin at 7 pm on Tuesday, December 8 in the Miller Art Museum. Musical entertainment will be provided by the Sturgeon Bay High School Show Choir, and delicious treats will be provided by the volunteers. The donation of a non-perishable item for Feed My People is requested of those attending the program. The Miller Art Museum is located within the Door County Library at 107 S 4th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay, and everyone is welcome.
