Tim & Katie Baierl, Sturgeon Bay, are the parents of a son born July 25, 2014, at Ministry Door County Medical Center, Sturgeon Bay. Maternal grandparents are Joanne and Bill Griesbach, Green Bay. Paternal grandparents are Greg Baierl and Linda Goodman, Sturgeon Bay.

Shawna Martin and Skyler Bohling, Sturgeon Bay, are the parents of a daughter born July 20, 2014, at Ministry Door County Medical Center, Sturgeon Bay. Maternal grandparents are Jesse Kellstrom, Sturgeon Bay, and Eve and James MacPhereson, Houston. Paternal grandparents are Sheila and Edward Bohling, Sturgeon Bay.

Helen Mary Knipfer

May 2, 1927 – July 27, 2014

Helen Mary Knipfer of Sturgeon Bay died July 27, 2014, at Door County Ministry Health Care. In 1947 she married Dennis Knipfer; he preceded her in death in October 2012. Helen devoted her life to raising her seven children. A memorial mass celebrating her life will be held at 11 am Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, at St. Joseph Church. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 10 am until the time of service. Forbes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A memorial fund has been established in her name.

Frank Joseph Mosgaller

Sept. 4, 1920 – July 27, 2014

Frank Joseph Mosgaller, 93, of Sevastopol, died July 27, 2014, while at Golden Living Center – Dorchester in Sturgeon Bay. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am Friday, Aug. 1, at S.S. Peter & Paul Parish in Institute with Fr. Bob Stegmann as celebrant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 10 am until the time of Mass Friday morning at S.S. Peter & Paul Parish. Kenneth John Meyer

June 12, 1945 – July 25, 2014

Kenneth John Meyer, 69, of Sturgeon Bay died at home on July 25, 2014, after a brave battle with cancer. Ken was born in Sturgeon Bay and graduated from Sturgeon Bay High School in 1963. He worked as a radio dispatcher & jailer for the Door County Sheriff’s Department for 23 years, and was the founder and owner of Door Cablevision, the first cable television company in Northern Door County. Nancy Marie and Richard Petrusha

Nancy Marie Petrusha died May 3, 2014, and John Richard Petrusha died on July 20, 2014. They were residing in Cooper City, Fla., but were from Sturgeon Bay. John and Nancy were both born and raised in Chicago and on July 19, 1969, they were married. In 1982, they moved to Door County to raise their family, and then in 1997, they moved back to Florida. Funeral services were held in Florida and a private committal service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Sturgeon Bay. Forbesfuneralhome.com.
