Lincoln Day Dinner Features Political Activist

The Republican Party of Door County is hosting a Lincoln Day Dinner on June 4 at The Lodge at Leathem Smith, 1640 Memorial Dr. in Sturgeon Bay. The featured speaker is Andres Guilarte, an asylum seeker and political activist for the freedom of Venezuela.

The event will begin with a social hour at 4 pm, and the dinner program will start at 5 pm. Other speakers are Jim Piwowarczyk and Jessica McBride, journalists for Wisconsin Right Now; Brian Schimming, chair of the Republican Party of Wisconsin; state Sen. André Jacque; and Rep. Joel Kitchens.
