Lindsay Schuh Crowned Miss Door County 2023

The new set of titleholders for the 2023 Miss Door County Scholarship Organization were crowned Feb. 4 at the Southern Door Community Auditorium. Lindsay Schuh was crowned Miss Door County while Kalei Klaubauf won the title of Miss Door County Outstanding Teen.

Schuh, whose social impact initiative was “Kindness Saves: Implementing Kindness in our Communities,” received a $2,000 scholarship and Klaubauf, whose social impact initiative was “The Importance of Music in the Lives of the Young,” received a $1,000 scholarship.

Both Schuh and Klaubauf will compete for the titles of Miss Wisconsin and Miss Wisconsin’s Teen 2023 respectively in Oshkosh, WI in June.

• Anna Staudenmaier: $500 non-finalist scholarship, $300 Evening Wear Award 
• Abrielle Lenius: $500 non-finalist scholarship, $100 Miss Congeniality Award

Miss Door County Teen Scholarships
• Kalei Klaubauf: $1,000 Miss Door County Teen 2023 Scholarship
• Yana Zenefski: $500 first runner up scholarship, $100 Quality of Life Award, $250 Spritka Sister Scholarship
• Emily Bley: $250 non-finalist scholarship, $200 Evening Wear Award
• Faith Blackley: $250 non-finalist scholarship, $100 Teen Spirit Award
• Sayde Jeanquart: $250 non-finalist scholarship
• Anna Dahlke: $250 non-finalist scholarship
