Little Harbor Inn Sold to Little Harbor Retreat

Michael Schwantes of Creative Business Services/CBS Global in Green Bay has announced the sale of the Little Harbor Inn to Little Harbor Retreat. Borkovetz Builders built the waterfront inn 25 years ago, and Tom and Julie Borkovetz had acquired it more recently.

The buyer’s intent is to change the business model by renting out the eight-room facility as a whole to groups rather than renting the rooms individually. Little Harbor Retreat is taking reservations at 920.743.3789 or 877.462.6559.
