Local FSA Offices Search for Committee Advisors

The Kewaunee County Farm Service Agency (FSA) office and the Door County FSA Office are currently searching for minority and female producers interested in serving as advisors to the FSA County Committees. Interested producers should send advisor nominations to the County Executive Director by Dec. 31, but nominations received after may still be accepted.

“The persons selected will be instrumental in increasing the awareness and participation in FSA activities, including elections,” said Tim Siehr, FSA county executive director. “The advisor will help insure that problems and viewpoints of the underrepresented groups are understood and considered in local FSA actions.”
