Local Musician Barry Kuzay Releases “Neoclassical Glory”

Local artist Barry Kuzay has completed a unique musical project that took him more than three years of meticulous work to finish. The music was released on Nov. 19 on his debut album entitled Neoclassical Glory and will be available on Amazon, iTunes, and at BarryKuzay.com.

Kuzay makes a serious attempt to blur the line between classical music and rock, which may lead many to question their preconceptions about the two genres. The album’s title reflects the epic nature of the music, and it indeed starts off with a bang, immediately immersing listeners in the 17-minute instrumental title track featuring lead guitar with beautiful orchestral accompaniment.

Kuzay is an engineer at Roen Salvage Company in Sturgeon Bay. He currently lives in Algoma with his wife and daughter where he continues to create music in his free time.
