Nearly 500 beautiful photos of Lake Michigan and Lake Superior were submitted to the Office of the Great Lakes annual photo contest. Winning photographs are featured in the 2014–2015 Wisconsin’s Great Lakes calendar, which will be distributed at the 2014 State Fair and at state parks and visitor centers along Lake Superior and Lake Michigan.

Winning photographers for 2014 included Door County photographer Chris Miller, who won first place for the Cultural & Historic Features category. His winning photo is titled “Cana Island Lighthouse.” For more information visit dnr.wi.gov/topic/greatlakes/contestwinners.html.
