Lori Somatics Offers New Clinical Education Class

In November, Lori Strantz, certified Clinical Somatic Educator and owner of Lori Somatics & Massage Therapy in Ephraim, offers a new six-week Clinical Somatic Education class series. This series of classes will target the areas of the body that are affected by stress, anxiety and injury through floor-based and gentle movements. Classes are beneficial for anyone at any level and will include no force or stretching.

Classes are held 10:30-11:30 am Tuesdays, Nov. 13 through Dec. 18; and 10:30-11:30 am Thursdays, Nov. 15 through Dec. 27. There is no class on Nov. 22. The cost is $102 for each six-week series.
