LWVDC Sponsor Candidate Forum

The League of Women Voters of Door will sponsor a candidate forum to acquaint the public with Joel Kitchens and Roberta Thelen, candidates for the Wisconsin State Assembly District 1 seat. The forum is scheduled for Sept. 27, 6:30 – 8 pm, in the Sturgeon Bay City Council Chambers, 421 Michigan St.

A forum is held to help voters select the most qualified, best-suited person for the office; it is not a debate. The event consists of anonymously written questions from the audience. Each candidate will have an equal opportunity to share his or her positions and views with the public. For those unable to attend but who would like to ask questions, send them to [email protected].
